Employees receive a 30% discount. Employees do qualify for paid time off.

Cons

All employees are overworked and underpaid. Management team shows no appreciation for the workers. They set unrealistic expectations in terms of making sales, and when those expectations aren't met, the manager cuts your hours and reduces your shifts.

The managers were very accomodating to my class schedule, and I appreciated the 30% discount that I could use in-store and online.

Cons

In every retail job you can expect to deal with rude people, but a lot of these customers were rude, entitled, and disrepectful. They leave piles of shoes everywhere and get upset when they can not use an expired coupon or any other small inconvenience. There is also a lot of stealing at this location which did not make me the safest.
