The managers were very accomodating to my class schedule, and I appreciated the 30% discount that I could use in-store and online.

Cons

In every retail job you can expect to deal with rude people, but a lot of these customers were rude, entitled, and disrepectful. They leave piles of shoes everywhere and get upset when they can not use an expired coupon or any other small inconvenience. There is also a lot of stealing at this location which did not make me the safest.

Was always easy to give away shifts

Cons

There was so many employees that sometimes you would get one 4hr shift a week. The store manager would accept returns on used shoes then clean and resell. Pay was minimum wage. The store is very unclean. They expect the store associates to also be maintenance cleaners.
