      - Good benefits that make it hard to leave - Great pockets of teams and leaders to work for

      Cons

      - Micromanaging has gone to the extreme. If you’re a developer, be prepared to justify every commit. If you’re a lead, be prepared to over report for the work you do. And if you work here, be prepared for all of your office attendance to be tracked. - CEO has implemented a command and control structure with everyone on ease. - Perks of work / life balance are dwindling - Investment more in overseas than onshore. - Very political environment in a lot of aspects. - Lack of technical advancements and slow to adopt emerging technologies

      Work Hard, Play Hard

      Good pay, decent benefits, 25 days Paid Time Off, donation-matching, one volunteer day off, college tuition reimbursement

      Cons

      Low morale. Currently mandated 3 days in-office which is tracked by badge swipes and managed through a dashboard. If you fall below the in-office metrics, you can lose your annual bonus or even your job. Team members are scattered across the world, so I sit in the office by myself on calls all day.

      The team culture. No the company. Your day to day interactions are the best thing here.

      Cons

      Our CEO. He’s MIA. If you want to hear from him go to his LinkedIn page. He’s more active there then with us.
