Horrible Management

Pros

I wish I could tell you there were some. Management is out of touch and recent billing system decisions have led to some customers not receiving a bill for 8 months. Management tells Sales and CSM's to deal with it and that if you lose revenue, you will be reprimanded. Incredibly out of touch with customers and teams

Cons

Pay scale is low and technology is old. They remind me of companies that believe they are too big to fail. Contracts auto renew without the customer knowing and then the customer gets charged an additional 90 days for lack of communication

Pros

Working remotely, pay is decent.

Cons

During my time at DTN, the constant changes and ever-increasing quotas made it nearly impossible to keep up. There was no real training or development, and management showed little interest in helping employees succeed. They pretend to care about you. Only top performers had a voice, while everyone else was left to fend for themselves. The CEO’s leadership only added to the disconnect, creating a culture where it felt like the bottom line mattered more than the people.

Pros

- Flexible work arrangement. We only need to meet once a month in the office - Self-organized team - People are easy to work with

Cons

- No annual increase once you reached the salary cap for your position, unless there's a "business need" :p - Hard to be promoted even you worked with multiple projects
