Used to be good but recently things are complete chaos

Cons

Management is too focused on talking the talk but rank and file have lost faith that things will get better. If you can avoid being one of the actual workers and kiss management at every opportunity you’ll go far.

Work from Home. Benefits are decent.

Cons

Leadership has changed every year for the last few years. Leadership is constantly bickering and jockeying for power. Product Management has no idea how to be innovative and have not produced anything solid in years. Continue to layoff development without ever look at the product team. No opportunity for growth, no job descriptions. Managers are constantly being reassigned.

With our new leadership, we have recast company strategy to bring the power of 1DTN to customers and markets we serve. With that, we have simplified our organizational structure, and initiated a transformation to modernize our technical architecture, integrate our offerings, and simplify our customer experience. Some good people, unlimited PTO, remote work, decent work life balance

Cons

Too many levels of leadership and not enough “worker-bees.” Leadership not open to new view points or perspectives unless from their peers or above -every action/communication must be perfectly curated for leadership based on their individual opinions, even if you can support another approach that might prove better for business. No opportunity or advancement plans exist. No women on the senior leadership team and very few in leadership in general.
