      The pay is good and the brand is strong. Good opportunity for those just starting out or early on in their careers

      Cons

      Very short-sighted mentality, with extreme lack of visionary leadership. Ethically compromised leadership and management created an abusive culture where only those who agreed with management were rewarded (even when management was wrong)
