      Hired on in sales capacity and left after less than one year due to poor management treatment and poor compensation.

      Pros

      Great Product to sell and your coworkers are great pople to work with. Customers were also fantastic to work with and are very loyal to telvent DTN products and services.

      Cons

      Misleading Management and Human Resource Department. Before and during the interview process I was misled regarding the compensation structure. I left voluntarily and was not paid accrued vacation.

      Employees that care and take pride in a job well done. Opportunity to advance within the company Willing to pay top dollar ot top performers to retain their expertise Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Smaller company so opportunities can be limited for advancement. People a little territorial/favoritism pretty common in a smaller company
