      Continued Layoffs and No Raises for many years

      Flexible hours and manageable workload.

      Cons

      Broken and non-existent processes. Leadership is full of bean counters who think employees are their biggest liability. With the merger of HPE and CSC, the severance package was reduced to effectively 1 week notice and 1 week pay, even for employees with 10 - 20 years service! Almost all employees live in fear of being the next layoff (WFR) victim. That's no way to live! My compensation is about 25 - 30% under market value, which I believe is normal for those coming from HPE.

      Pros

      DXC has amazing opportunities to thrive in your career. There are opportunities to learn every where you look. They have also put out a Employee Survey and are already responding to what we, as employees are asking about. DXC is building communities and taking down barriers that were there from the previous leadership team. They are also beginning to show a new positive focus on the Customer. I am happy to be at DXC.

      Pros

      Local account was great to work at. Client was tough, but coworkers were great.

      Cons

      Pay was significantly below market. No raises in years. Consistently asked to fire staff to reduce costs and send the jobs to "low cost centers".
