Pros

Generally good people, generally laid back. Occasionally had to come in outside of 9-5 back when things were busy but generally did a 40 hour week.

Cons

Did not advance over 2 years do to oil slump. Pay freeze due to oil slump. Culture was ok but there was not a lot of communication from management above my direct supervisor.

Pros

The company stresses customer service and they deliver. They are willing to do anything to keep a customer happy. The sales people are highly compensated.

Cons

They still operate as a good old boys club. Each of the 100+ branches operate independent from one another. It is impossible in enact change to make all branches uniform without stepping on toes.
