      Pros

      Local management is friendly and supportive. Some minor perks such as occasional barbeques at lunch and free coffee. Very safety focused.

      Cons

      Salaries low, company is based in Houston and pays Houston-level salaries. Raises are almost nonexistent. Slackers with seniority get away with anything. How successful you are depends on your level of friendliness with local top management.

      Management does not take safety seriously its a cost burden. Market condition's down safety is first to go.

      This company seems very interested in acquiring more companies but not in ensuring their employees have the necessary tools to perform their duties in a way to benefit the company. Also - benefit package is below standard.
