      employees easy to work with, everyone works together and were flexible

      Cons

      corporate decisions, and guidelines were totally not per geographical areas.

      Pros

      fairly laid back, younger work environment, monthly commission based bonus. Managers are knowledge able and provide frequent training of the current products.

      Cons

      Heavily relies on oil and gas industry so when market is down they are slow and make adjustments with the company personnel. Seems like you are just a number to the company at times as they don't tend to put the employee first.
