      Atmosphere Varies Wildly From One Location to the Next

      Pros

      I had a great boss, and as an outside sales person (Account Manager) I had a tremendous amount of freedom. I set my own call schedule, and basically had to check in with my boss once a week to let him know what I was working on.

      Cons

      The company is set up so that each location operates very much as an independent small business. So while my experience was positive, I knew of people at other locations who found the environment to be extremely toxic. Your experience at DXP will vary wildly depending on the location where you work, the title you hold, and who you are managed by.

      Nice people, work is challenging....and nice workstation. Gave me everything I needed to perform my work.

      Cons

      Be careful who you work for. Managers are sometime difficult to work with.
