      Pros

      Great company culture. Everyone was very kind. My boss definitely wanted my career to progress and I felt like I was an important part of the team. You also get a lot of exposure to top management if located at the corporate office.

      Cons

      Pay is not very high, but you're also not expected to work crazy hours.

      Easy going work environment. Leads to good employee moral.This may be only specific to my specific locations (DFW)

      Company can be slow to move. Ideas that can better the company and improve margins are not always put into place

      Pros

      I would make pack and ship for customers. The hardest part of the job was when it came to inventory but not too hard. The co-workers were great team workers as well as management.
