      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Room for advancement if you learn what they teach and do your job. Knowledgeable Jr. and Sr. Management will provide skills needed to advance.

      Slow to give employee performance evaluations.

      Flexible work hours. Seems working at what ever schedule you want is ok.

      Cons

      Senior management is very poor and unprofessional. They portray themselves as a big company with lots of opportunty but the fact is they are not professional in their treatment and handling of people. There is a lot of politics inside corporate and a lot of favoritism. Stay away from working at corporate especially if under any senior management.
