Pros

-Monday-Friday No Weekends Job -Benefits after 90 days, Paid Holidays, Sick days(6) and 1 personal day -You do your job, no one will mess with you, just mind your own business.

Cons

-Poor pay -No chance for advancement, at least in the area I worked in. -Most coworkers got there by another related family member ex. sisters, brothers, working there -Manager just sits on his chair all day and does not care what employees are doing, but then when upper management gets on his tail, he is all in your case. -Too much gossip going around, manager does nothing about it, infact encourages it. -Most people there are lazy, seriously, they do not care about their job. -They say they do background check, but I know for a fact they had someone there who was on probation and for a fact there was a guy working there who is now in jail. Scary!!

Pros

Decent pay grade for the area, higher ups very reluctant to invest in necessary employee education, sometimes resulting in lapses of safety.

Cons

Terrible communication between corporate and regional offices, no corporate expense cards for road warriors making service routes a financial strain.

Pros

Sales is nurtured, encouraged, and motivated. A/P & A/R have decent leadership. IM&P leadership offers positions for the desperate or under acheivers w/no ambition to progress.

Cons

No communication from leadership, lack of appropriate leadership, nonexistent change management methodologies, lack of timely reviews, no merit raises for years (yes plural), too many cliques and much nepotism , no opportunities for advancement unless you're in a clique, insuffcient training practices, destructive criticism from supervisors and peers, angry employees, toxic environment.
