      Flexibility, hybrid schedule if needed, fair compensation, helpful job accommodations, reasonable job expectations, management is there when I need help or support without micromanagement,

      Cons

      It's an office job, some assistance to sales, some contact to customers to provide invoices and request payment, but nothing tough. Management is a few states away (for my location) and it can be easy to feel disconnected.
