      Pros

      The organization has been wonderful to learn and grow in. My voice is heard and opinions considered while learning what it is to work for DXP. It's been a great experience and I look forward to growing further.

      Cons

      There are some challenges operationally with the operating systems and processes, but the company is aware and is striving to correct them. I could see those issues being exhausting for a CSR, but just another opportunity for improvement.
