      Great Transition

      Pros

      Office setting is great small office with a high volume; manager runs it very well. Training has been good, and the staff has been very helpful with different little tricks that help them succeed.

      Cons

      Being hired during a transition but HR team was very helpful and didn't let questions go unanswered.
