      Pros

      In my employment so far, I have had an excellent experience. The training process has gone smoothly and has scaled with my learning speed. My teammates and management are all knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.

      Cons

      I don't have much in the way of cons. The biggest con is the software load. We have many pieces of software that can all do the same things. It is redundant and causes unneeded load on the computers.
