Pros

Daifuku has very solid health benefits that Wynright has latched on to

Cons

Executive management has no clue what goes on day to day in the organization. They sit in front of their home office computers in meetings all day with each other without getting any real feedback from their employees and pretend like they are driving the company in the right direction.

Leaving Illinois employees hanging out to dry.

Pros

Used to be a great place to work at, but since the acquisition of this company by Daifuku, they have struggled to keep pace with their growth plans for Wynright and the deficiencies of upper management to succesfully run a large company are becoming evident.

Cons

At the end of last year and the spring of this year, the company laid off approx. 100 employees after having the worst financial performance year in the company's history. The company is now closing two manufacturing plants and their corporate office in Illinois and are opening a new facility in Indiana. This will affect over 200 employees that live in Illinois that will not/ do not want to move and work at the new facility in Indiana. No relocation assistance will be offered to any of the displaced employees we were told by senior management. Wages have been stagnant in the past three years with no merit increases over 2%. The morale of the employees has been low since the disappointing last year (2017) and the news of the plant/corporate office closing certainly has not helped that issue, it's only made it worse.
