Poor morale and weak leadership

Pros

Some very nice, experienced and good people work with. The people at Daiichi at the working end are conscientious and good to work for.

Cons

The worst leadership I have ever seen. Low morale and no vision. Restructuring, for no good reason, has led to redundancies. This means good people, with experience and knowledge have been lost due political in-fighting at management level.

Pros

Great positive atmosphere, solid growth prospects and commitment to do things the right way. The drug pipeline is very promising.

Cons

Growing rapidly, almost to quickly, but to their credit they are actively stealing away strong talent from struggling Big Pharma companies.
