The Benefits and pay are very strong. And have improved recently. The infrastructure is sound and poised for a rebirth of the company.

Cons

Leadership Culture is mixed. Because performance is waning and pipeline is not materializing at a sufficiently profitable level, people are being squeezed, even when they have little control over the expected outcome
