      Cons

      US division struggles include poor R&D decisions, poor prep for product launch & chaotic management. Constant re-organizing - worked for 5 different managers in 4 different districts in last 6 yrs.

      If you are lucky enough to have a district manager who knows what he/she is doing, you have a better chance of success.

      Cons

      The most unprofessional, disorganized company I have ever worked for in all of my God given days. Upper management and middle management are clueless as to what actually happens out in the field.

      Good work life balance and nice overall compensation.

      Cons

      Lots of changes going on, poor pipeline, and weak management. The company is losing a lot of people recently. Poor communication between upper management and rest of the workers.
