      snack and free bus passes hybrid

      absolutely everything else. the management is awful, and they hold you accountable. For things you have no control over, like others not completing their work. all day long the specialists and mentors send messages not to send them tickets even and questions even though it is their job and they do not want to do it yet the managers Praise them and only them. if you question anything you get gaslighted or tatteled on. yup not even kidding. worse place i ever worked at.

      Pros

      Strongest product in the ODP/EWA space, impressive growth, lots of smart people, fairly flexible WFH policy. Market rate comp.

      Cons

      Chaotic restructuring has been drawn out and created and operating environment where certain roles and teams are set up for failure. Coupled with leadership's frequent change in direction and favoritism, DailyPay is now a combative environment where many employees feel they lack job security and direction.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency, no trust in senior leadership, extreme favoritism, unethical decisions during layoffs and everyone is disposable. Senior leadership likely begged employees to write recent positive reviews on here. Anyone left is burned out due to the poor business decisions made by the previous and current leadership, as they scramble to try and save this company.
