Pros

Innovative product that allows access to earned wages. The employees who do or did the work that new leadership is taking credit for.

Cons

From the alleged illegal mismanagement of the former Founder/CEO Jason Lee to the arrogant and exhaustive self-promoting, lie to your face, culture killing Kevin Coop (CEO), Staci Griener (COO) and Jeanniey Walden (CMO) this company is in a death spiral. Any investor, customer or someone looking for a job needs to do their research before engaging with Dailypay, there is a lot out there. Ask the hard questions about how secure the product is (not very), the daily fraud (lots of it), customer support wait times (very long), how financially stable is the company (very weak)and how they treat their employees (terrible). A lot of great people were just impacted by another round of lay-offs on November 14th. This will continue through the remainder of the year. The entire company was assured from Kevin Coop (CEO) and Staci Griener (COO) back in August that there will be no additional layoffs. This was stated multiple times during employee all-hands meetings. I guess their mantra of being transparent with all employees holds no water. They just flat out misinform and lie.
