Cheesy company values. Can't trust leadership at all

Pros

Can't think of any thing

Cons

Both co-founders stepped down the day new CEO arrived to the office. Co-founder Jason Lee is no longer on the board. Says enough about that. New CEO first day: no layoffs. Two months later: layoffs. Management was not held accountable for costs spiraling out of control. Rank and file got purged. Company values are cheesy and are just a bunch of marketing slogans that no one adheres to. "Act like an Owner" really!? "We Win With Diversity" - leadership filled with nothing but white folks look at the website. A new office that is half empty and snack perks are gone.
