      Pros

      None. The glory days of DailyPay are far behind them.

      Cons

      Incompetent leadership, complete lack of transparency, "values" no one lives by, ever-shifting morals and priorities, and a harrowing lack of advocacy for the employees they exploit. Compensation is also way under median levels for NYC despite the expectation of 50-60+ hour workweeks for salaried employees.

      Pros

      Amazing team! Leadership within the team truly values each individual. Lots of teamwork and support within the department.

      Cons

      Morale is extremely low. After going through company downsizing and being told that was it, finding out there is no job security is very troubling. When you join a company you're investing your life and your livelihood depends on your job. We have families to support and the last thing we need (while we are continuing to excel at our jobs) is to lose said position(s). Would be a GREAT place to work if only there was job security!

      Pros

      Very good base for industry. Good people. Product works as it should. dailypay has done an amazing job with brand recognition just like ADP. Provide great sales tools to help hunt prospects.

      Cons

      Product is far behind the competition. Micromanagement is next level. Executive leadership is horrible, dishonest and arrogant. Complete 160 from previous leadership when Founder was still involved. If you enjoy daily harassment, micromanagement and spending 20% of your time in internal meetings then dailypay is a perfect job for you.
