Pros

We were promised access to snacks in the near future

Cons

Just when you think it can't get worse... Management goes from evil genius to empty suit. If you think Biden doesn't know how to speak, you may not have watched the new CEO in action. This man doesn't know how simple product functions work or how to describe an operational trajectory chart. Perhaps buzzwords and filler words are your forte, then this company is for you. To the demise of DP & co., this team of sad followers from D&B seem to have forged a hostile takeover. I pity company investors and shareholders and for all future employees who think they are signing up for growth.

Pros

People you work with are cool that’s about it.

Cons

DailyPay is ran sloppy. Most ppl don’t know what’s going on. When you reach out for help they say send it to escalations. I’m pretty sure escalations is over whelmed. Training was okay but everyone was told different things during training everyone is confused. Dailypay is growing but not once have leaders reached out to ppl under them for suggestions how to make things easier. KPI’s is bull. How are ppl escalated tickets being counted against them when it’s a job task that you’re not authorized to do? Why are CSAT counted against you if most calls you’re getting is clients upset about escalations not reaching out within 48-72 hours because their being over worked and everything gets sent to escalations if L1’s don’t have an answer. Everything is a domino effect. Then let’s talk about how you don’t get sick days you have to use your pto. If you or your kids get sick that’s your pto. No sick days. Oh let’s talk about how if you have any questions about hr or anything it’s has to go through your supervisor and your supervisor has to reach out to that person on your behalf. Never have I ever worked for a company where I need to speak to my supervisor about my hr issues. The supervisors has over 12 ppl on their team not only do they have to watch each individual on their team work plus their constant meetings on anything to inform their team on any updates. Each team member has to reach out to the supervisor about their hr related question. But the kicker is there is no hr.
