They hired workers from Columbia and let alot of US workers go even after a huge lay off. No notice no nothing. Micromanage and depending on the sup will write you up for the smallest thing. Added scripting to the calls and AI to grade calls. Hire ups feel like they are better than you and will avoid helping you. Apparently huge lay offs happen every year

Major growing pains of startup life. Layoff was inevitable but management toyed with everyone’s mental state for 2 months. They did not give any impacted person more than 2 hours notice and the teams had to pick up the slack of key players. Diversity is literally a joke at this company. how can they expect to hire diversely if the entire recruiting team is white. Also just look at the C-Suite… If you’re looking for something that aligns with your diversity values, go elsewhere.
