Pros

- company is going places - work from home flexibility (for now) - free lunch (in office only) - most of the people are great - reason why a lot of us stay.

Cons

- pretty bad work life balance - salary is low but expected to work 2x as much - too much politics - expected to come in 3-4 days/week after Labor Day even with delta variant and no proof of vaccination required (attestation only)

Pros

You get to work from home.

Cons

Ran poorly You don’t know who to reach out to because there is a change every other day of what team handles what. They are hiring over seas more which means states are definitely going to have lay offs. They keep adding products and don’t know how their own product work. Higher ups not going to say any names. when asked if jobs at risk since they’re hiring overseas made a comment and said “No one job is promised” I never clocked in again after that day.
