      Pros

      I can not think of one pro to working for this company unless you are sleeping with or related to the higher up management.

      Cons

      This company does not pay well at all, raises are hard to come by and rarely give. They have shady ethics and show extreme favoritism among employees. I would not recommend this company.

      Pros

      Mostly friendly staff/ Flexible hours. Half off food discounts. Easy work of the managers like you. Fun at times if you work with good workers.

      Cons

      Poor management/ ownership low hours in winter. When my co worker was sexually assaulted my an older man there the owner was rude and dismissive and didn’t fire him even though they seen him on camera.

      Pros

      Family-friendly, professional/casual culture. A comfortable place to work with lots of long-tenured employees, as well as a number of employees who have left the company and later returned. Opportunities to sample new food and treat products in development. Quarterly reload of employee gift cards that are usable at the corporately run restaurant locations. On-site gym facility for employee use.

      Cons

      Overall, slow to adopt new technologies. Many positions have little to no opportunity for advancement. Relationships between corporate and franchisee leadership can complicate the execution of new initiatives or changes in procedure of any kind. All parking is on an outdoor surface lot. No on-site cafeteria.
