      Employee discount on shift makes for cheap menu items. Delicious frozen treats. Relaxed interview.

      Very poor hours Weak communication Hit or miss managers Hiring staff must be more selective Expect to have inconsistent hours

      Pros

      The hours were very flexible and there were very few restrictions on how you could spend your time off. Facial hair was not permitted but piercings and tattoos were allowed.

      Cons

      The customers are extremely rude much of the time. A lot of the equipment was broken and the boss refused to replace it, making my job more difficult.

      Pros

      If you like working as a crew 100 % of the time and a shift manager and a g.m. His job is for you.

      Cons

      Good Luck getting a pay raise. Majority of the managers work 80 hour a week but only get paid 50. And have fun running a 14 % labor or 45+ $ per man hour .
