My team is hard working and easy to get along with. A wonderful manager makes a big difference, and they are flexible with scheduling.

Cons

Administration leaves alot to be desired, disorganized and difficult to get a hold of, a distinct lack of transparency.

Pros

Both the benefits and helping students were nice aspects of this job.

Cons

The system was too large and unorganized. My direct management was abysmally and pathologically dishonest and manipulative, and they behaved as if the cameras were rolling for a reality tv show. The main offender left before I did.
