Pros

There are some great people that work there. Impacting communities and helping students to succeed is very rewarding!

Cons

Leadership has no clear direction. Due to this they can’t give clear direction either. There is still a lot of distrust and siloing among departments. Many departments have been stripped of great workers and this process keeps happening creating anxiety and lack of confidence for the future. There no signs of this stopping!
