      Never felt more at home. I was welcomed in as part of the family on day one and nothing has changed. It's only gotten better

      Pros

      The classroom atmosphere seemed to be the most academic that I had ever experienced. Also, I had the most advanced, most mature students in the classes that I had. I had several students, (in particular), two ladies who REALLY wanted to learn. One had raised her children to adulthood, for instance, and she had returned to finish her degree. she planned to get her degree in Elementary Ed. (Just hearing it from me, I know that she made a good one! I also felt like I had good support from my department heads.

      Cons

      The only problem was the distance that I had to drive to get there. I had no complaints about the job itself. I LOVE teaching college classes.
