      Pros

      The salary was consistent with other colleges in the DFW area. Tremendous flexibility with class schedules. Employee benefit package is above average.

      Cons

      Some departments lacked consistency and organization. Support staff was slow in addressing details associated with access and participation in online forums.

      Top heavy management at District office. Very low paying staff jobs. Lots of turn over especially in technical areas like research and IT
