-Poor upper administration in Student Services -No opportunities for advancement -Most be person of color to advance and in some cases be hired -Poor treatment of employees -HR has no backbone here, solely reactive not proactive, let's company break Fair Labor Standards Act with non-exempt hourly employees in Student Services

Cons

Teaching is not the point here. Realize that this is a large and poorly managed corporation and metrics (as defined by the corporation) are what matters. If education and integrity are big for you, Dallas College may not be a good fit.
