Pros

Salary is actually quite competitive when compare to other Junior Colleges Spring break off time Many Paid off days Good Insurance and other benefits My contributions was not recognized, and often ridicule.

Cons

Bad hiring at the top management level. Good Ol' boy connection salesman that facilitate bad and wasteful purchases IT Director is a joke Many IT managers are ego driven rather than mission driven. Mental abuses.

Pros

Good benefits, though you don't get to use them all. There are a lot of good and dedicated people who work here.

Cons

After the re-org there is no rallying call or real direction for priorities and a roadmap to get back to functioning smoothly. Theres FAR too much chaos for year 2.
