Pros
The college district changed its organization and is now one big college with multiple college campuses in North Texas. This change addressed a lot of issues and led to more uniform processes. The college serves students better now. The new structure is more efficient and streamlined. Co-workers are always willing to assist and connect you to the correct people when needed. Compensation for all roles is fair. Full-time employees receive a lot of benefits and can even take college courses for free or for reduced tuition elsewhere.
Cons
The restructuring has made the organization let go a major part of their workforce. There is still things that need to be worked out because f the restructuring.
