      Was a great district before reorganization.

      Cons

      They hired a consulting group to demolish the entire district and its 50+ years of dedicated work by faculty, staff, and administrators. This was a “take control” reorganization fueled by a negative propaganda campaign and faculty are now seen as cogs in a wheel. Full time faculty are hired hands in the new dallas college structure and treated disrespectfully.
