Salary is actually quite competitive when compare to other Junior Colleges Spring break off time Many Paid off days Good Insurance and other benefits My contributions was not recognized, and often ridicule.

Cons

Bad hiring at the top management level. Good Ol' boy connection salesman that facilitate bad and wasteful purchases IT Director is a joke Many IT managers are ego driven rather than mission driven. Mental abuses.

Pays a little more than other colleges. Ability to advance in career.

Cons

Some campuses are shorthanded and the training isn't up to par. You are basically training yourself and getting help virtually from other people.
