Pros

Varied campuses, thus an opportunity to work with all types of demographics.

Cons

Leadership is very too heavy, decisions are made with an explanation of why it was made and by who; their is a very strong commitment to the Latino population when supporting DACA/Undocumented persons, thus other groups are often left out of the strategy and support structures.

Though lots of kind people, expectations are not great. Expectations are high but not always realistic. Lots to manage.

Simulation, check offs, some professors are great, others are strict or inconsistent.

Cons

very fluid, the professors have lives too and things come up, so be prepared for many schedule changes during the semesters.
