Dysfunctional culture at best. So focused on lean that everyone is extraordinarily overworked. People really don't seem to care about each other. It's very much about covering yourself and it's usually at the expense of others. So much analysis and reporting and numbers that have to be reported back but no one has the time to look at the people or issues behind those numbers. Work life balance is a fairy tale. You can't work enough there. Bottom line, no one really cares about you... at all.

I worked for this company for 4 years. I started under a temp service and was hired after 19 months of making $8.35 and hour. I worked from 7pm til 7am. Job very demanding. 12 hour shifts and coming in behind someone leaving work from the previous shift for the night shift to finish! Mold technician paid more than the operators who are actually doing all the work. A lot of nights we didn't have boxes, or bags to package the product. No supervisor or management available during these hours. Management didn't care about the employees. They allowed an employee who was not scheduled to work come on the property and come inside the plant to start a fight with a lead person who quit because they were written up because of the confrontation which they avoided and brushed off. I have never worked for a company that allowed someone to come on company property and not scheduled to work to start a fight and not get fired! Only a write up!!! Management only cares about their well being and numbers and nothing else! Company awarded a grant and instead of giving company raises they remodeled bathrooms and built a gym!!! Why???? When I worked on the weekends the AC will be turned off a lot of weekends because management was not working in the summer time! Overall, this place needs a lot of improvement and better care for the employees!
