No career advancement and toxic managers

Pros

Part of NCH, which is the parent company. If you can work for them great. If not I would advice against working for DANCO. It has some good people working for them but the newer hires just leave after 1 year.

Cons

No career advancement. The company is fairly small, and most of their business relies on big box retailers. The biggest negative is that it has some pretty toxic managers that have some serious mental health issues. It's like a revolving door culture and HR , is always on the side of the managers, even if they know they borderline on some unethical behavior. Some managers won't hesitate to lie to your face, record your conversation, all to use them to their advantage. Also, their salaries are in the low end of the range and don't expect any significant salary increases. They also have pretty average benefits.

Pros

Awesome coworkers, lots of growth, very flexible, works with new employees to better themselves, great company to work for, great pay, wonderful upper management who are very involved in the company

Cons

Most things are manual - need to develop a better system to get things done to connect all employees together - current system is a little outdated
