      Danfoss used to be a great place to work

      Pros

      The people are awesome, most of the middle management is good, pay is decent.

      Cons

      Upper management keeps making extremely poor business decisions that affect those in the lowest rungs. We keep being made promises that are not fulfilled, such as ‘improvements’ that make everything worse. They have cut their crew in half twice in four months. They put people in positions they do not deserve and do not do well in and then wonder why things get messed up.

      Nothing except hourly use of PTO even though PTO rarely approved due to no cross training
