      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities for employees so long you are eager to accept challenges. Plenty of nice people in the organisation to work with. Emphasise Work life balance.

      Cons

      Not very cost effective as too many factories & department are still base in HQ. Middle management need to listen to issues on he ground to avoid wrong decision making.

      Great environment, supportive, challenging and dynamic. Lots of development opportunities and timely feedback.

      Cons

      The management team. They are always in their offices and make decisions without enugh information. We, the employees, have to clean up their mess.
