      Right balance between performance and people

      Pros

      I have had the opportunity to work with many companies in the HVAC/R space. Those that had significant public ownership were clearly performance driven at the expense of people. Some that were private were intensely focused on people at the expense of performance. At Danfoss, people and performance are in perfect balance - we are a profitable, innovative company making a difference AND a company that cares about our people. One unique people aspect is that Danfoss is more flexible than most about working from a home office.

      Danfoss is heavily matrixed. It can take a while to figure out the organization.
