Harassment among fellow employees

Pros

Decent management structure but its the good ole boy system. They promote who they want and take advantage of good workers. If you work hard and do your job you will go nowhere.

Cons

Fellow employees lazy and will harass you if you work hard, making them look bad.

Pros

Coworkers are very nice and easy to get along with. Pay is decent for front office staff in Tallahassee. Nice facilities.

Cons

Company has a culture of constant fire fighting and as such management cant seem to see the forest for the trees to implement long term fixes for outstanding customer complaints.

Cons

I am part of the recent Eaton hydraulics acquisition. At the beginning, everyone was hopeful that this new company would provide better opportunities to grow and succeed in the business. Instead, everything has become worse. Processes, communication, pay, benefits, workload... All worse, and senior management's response to employee's cries for help is "Show us another company that isn't doing the same." I guess they're all in a race for the bottom...
