      Pros

      Flexible schedule and opportunity to work from home.

      Cons

      Many people abused flexibility and lack of accountability. Few people did the majority of work with no chance of promotion and no succession planning. Management is older and seems to be interpersonally connected to each other by relation or other outside relationship leading to many conflicts of interests among divisions. All senior level jobs are being moved to Europe.
