      clean facilities, free coffee, average benefits, decent schedule

      Cons

      management is too busy cornering each other to focus on long-tern strategy; strong culture of "us better than those people"; "hire then for personality, train them for skill" be very afraid of middle management and HR

      Niche Industry probably not going away any time soon. Benefits are decent.

      Moves really slow on issues, tied to too many 3rd parties; work culture is just a grind and putting out fires.

      Pros

      Working environment is extremely relaxed. As the headquarters are in Denmark the overall feel of the company is different than most. The pay is decent with great benefits.

      Cons

      Opportunity. In ways you are limited to what you can acheive based on geographic location. Upper management is based in various countries, most of which in Europe. This also makes it hard to communicate with them in general.
